"Becoming Idaho: Stories of Arrival, Adaptation, and Community"

Across Idaho, immigrants and refugees are building lives, raising families, working hard, and contributing to the communities they now call home. While their paths to Idaho are different, many share common experiences-learning a new culture, navigating challenges, and finding belonging.

This panel discussion brings together immigrants and refugees with diverse lived experiences to share their personal stories, alongside informed perspectives that help place those stories in a broader community context. Panelists will discuss why they came to Idaho, the obstacles they faced, how they adapted, and what community has meant to them along the way.
